We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities, which were top-notch. The transportation and parking options were convenient, and the hotel's location in a quiet area of this city was a pleasant surprise. The ample breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff's friendliness and welcoming nature made our stay extra special.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. the location was convenient and easy to find. the staff was also friendly and provided helpful information.
The bathroom had no shower screen, which led to water leakage onto the floor and made it uncomfortable to move around. the lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to read or work.

We stayed in a cozy and inviting hotel nestled in a tranquil neighborhood. the staff is affable and hospitable, and the breakfast was ample and satisfying. the room was adequately furnished, but the lighting was not quite bright enough for reading comfortably.
It's a shame that the billing system for room service was lacking accuracy.

My Easter stay was a memorable experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered was ample and of good quality. The hotel was located in a quiet area, which made my stay very peaceful. I also appreciated the free WiFi and the handy toiletries provided in the room.
There were a few areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, the room service billing system was poor and didn't provide invoices at the point of service. This left room for confusion and inflated bills at checkout. Secondly, the bathroom had leakage issues that made the floor constantly wet. Though a staff member was helpful in cleaning up, it was still an inconvenience. Despite these issues, I would still recommend the hotel to others due to its friendly staff and peaceful location.
